Level* Our primary goal is to place you in your choice of night. If possible we will then do our best to place you by skill level. If needed divisions will be combined

Day of the Week (1st Choice)* Please check the days offered in the news articles or in the Details page under each sport. We will put you in your second choice if we can not get you in your first choice.

Day of the Week (2nd Choice)* If you can only play on a certain night do not select a different night. We will put you in your second choice if we can not get you in to your first option.

Equipment - (Does your team have your own equipment or will you rent from the league?)* All outdoor teams are required to have the equipment listed in the details section. If you rented in the previous season you will carry over. A Deposit is required in order to rent and you must pay it at time of payment. If you do not select equipment rental and make payment then we will not have any for you. Games will not be scheduled for teams without equipment.

My team agrees to show up to every game.* If a team defaults one game then they will be required to pay a default fee by e transfer before their next game. If this is not paid then all games will be updated as a default loss. If a team misses two games then another default fee will need to be paid in order to have any future games scheduled. A meeting with the league will occur to determine if this league is the right fit for your team. If a second default fee is not paid then the players on the roster will not be allowed to play in any future sports. If a team misses more than two games then this is not the right league for your team. You need a drop in league and the players on the roster will not be allowed to play in any future sports.

Equipment deposits will be refunded at the end of the season when your team returns the equipment and does not miss any meetings. They will be refunded back onto the credit card used to pay with. If you do not select equipment rental now then you will need to supply your own equipment. If you play multiple seasons then you only need to pay the equipment deposit once.

Waiver

In order to be able to participate in any Saskatoon Rec League athletic sport, event, social outing or general event, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in the Saskatoon Rec League is significant, including the risk of permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns and personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless;

5. I and my team agree that we are over 18 years of age. People under 18 years of age are not allowed at any facility that the league uses.

Saskatoon Rec League, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("Release"), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether arising from the negligence for the releases or otherwise.

I have fully read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, and I fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without and inducement.

Privacy Policy

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

In general, you can browse the site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you choose to register for one of our leagues or events, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information, and other personal information as indicated on the forms. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service.

Under some circumstances, we may require some additional financial information, such as but not limited to: if you are registering a team, group or individual in one of our league or events. We use your financial information to bill you for your use of our services.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are fully refundable minus a $20 processing fee up to two weeks prior to the start of the season. Within two weeks of the start of the season registration fees are non-refundable. If the league is forced to remove a team from the league they forfeit their registration fees.
